The courses all follow the same format: a short teaching segment to explain to you the principles of NLP and how it relates to the subject you are interested in, a practical section such as completing an action plan or practising some of the techniques, and we usually end with a visualisation exercise to reach your unconscious mind and really help you to get the learning that you need.
